WLD9300 Automotive Car Spray Paint Booth Configuration:

월보드: Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 50mm thickness. Colorful steel skin boards 0.476mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.

최하부: Galvanized steel sheet and square steel pipe construction. Whole grids with floor filter. Full ramps.

문:3 pcs of luxury front doors with 0.8mm thickness colorful steel skin. Size: 3000(w) x 2750(h). 1 pc of emergency door. Watching window with aluminum frame.

Air Circulation System: 1x11kw direct drive intake fan, 1x7.5kw direct drive exhaust fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.

Water Based Paint Drying System: 60 units ceiling nozzles with 3 sets of 2.2kw motor fans.

Burner: Italy Riello RG5S diesel burner, 260000Kcal/h. The heating time 4-5min(20-60.C). Max. temperature at 80.C. Fuel consumption is 5-6kg/vehicle.

Heat Recycle System: Are recuperative, moisture is not recovered. The heat passes through thin plates, with recovery levels of up to 38 percent . Pollution Control System: Special configure with M pattern Active Carbon pocket Filter System.
